Starting its business life in 1997 by converting the rear side of a truck to a buffet, Elazığlı now carries out its production in its factory of 1.500 m2.

Producing cig kofte in a factory for the first time in Turkey and being a pioneer in this, Elazığlı reaches to its customers with its reliable, high quality and fast service with its production certified by ISO 22000 quality certificate and with its 18 branches in Istanbul and close surrounding. Employing 55 people, Elazığlı enjoys the privilege of being the first company to establish a cig kofte factory.

In Elazığlı Facilities , where 2.5 tons of cig kofte is produced daily, the cig kofte is packaged in vacuumed bags and distributed daily to the branches together with the other materials, greens, icli kofte and dessert. Elazığlı has preferred to open its own branches until today and this year, it plans to add new branches to its portfolio by franchise.
